Digital Solutions Strategist Helping Malaysian Businesses Build Trusted Digital Assets
I am Bryan Chung, a Digital Solutions Strategist and the founder of Entertop Sdn Bhd, a Malaysia-based digital agency that helps businesses plan, build, maintain, and improve their websites and digital systems.
My work focuses on helping business owners, SMEs, corporate companies, associations, institutions, and growth-focused organisations make better decisions about their digital presence.
To me, a website is not just an online brochure. It is a business asset. It can build trust, support sales, improve customer confidence, reduce operational friction, and help a company become easier to find, understand, and contact.
What I Do
I help businesses think clearly about their websites and digital direction before they invest time and money into the wrong solution.
My areas of focus include:
- Website strategy
- Corporate website planning
- Web design and website revamp advisory
- Website maintenance and long-term support strategy
- SEO, AEO, and AI Search visibility
- Digital trust and online credibility
- B2B website conversion strategy
- Business process digitalisation
- Custom web application and system planning
- Digital solutions for SMEs and corporate clients
Many businesses approach website projects by asking, “How much does it cost?”
I believe the better question is:
“What business problem should this website solve?”
That question changes the direction of the project. It moves the discussion away from price alone and toward business value, trust, lead quality, usability, maintainability, and long-term results.
My Approach
My approach is practical, business-focused, and long-term.
I do not believe every company needs the most complicated technology. I also do not believe a cheap website is always a good business decision.
A good digital solution should fit the company’s goals, customer journey, internal resources, sales process, and future growth direction.
Before recommending a solution, I usually look at questions such as:
- Who is the website for?
- What does the visitor need to understand quickly?
- Why should the visitor trust the company?
- What action should the visitor take next?
- Is the website built for long-term maintenance?
- Can search engines and AI systems understand the content clearly?
- Does the website support real enquiries and business opportunities?
This is why I position websites as part of a wider digital business system, not as a standalone design project.
Why Digital Trust Matters
In today’s market, customers often research a company before they contact the vendor.
They compare silently. They look for proof. They check websites, social media, Google results, reviews, case studies, and company information before speaking to anyone.
For B2B companies, this is even more important. A weak website can make a serious company look less credible than it really is. A clear, trustworthy, well-structured website can help reduce doubt and make buyers more confident to take the next step.
This is one of the reasons I often write and speak about digital trust.
Digital trust is not built by design alone. It is built through clear positioning, useful content, transparent company information, real experience, strong structure, good user experience, security, maintenance, and consistent brand presence.

Entertop works with SMEs, corporate clients, associations, institutions, and businesses that need more than a basic website.
Our goal is to help clients build websites and digital platforms that support trust, visibility, enquiries, and long-term business growth.
We believe a website should not only look good. It should help the business communicate clearly, support decision-making, and become a stronger digital asset.
What I Write About
On this website, I share my thoughts and practical insights on:
- Website strategy for business owners
- Digital trust and online credibility
- SEO, AEO, and AI Search readiness
- Website mistakes that cost businesses leads
- How companies should plan website revamp projects
- Why cheap website decisions can become expensive later
- How B2B companies can improve digital enquiries
- Website maintenance, security, and long-term governance
- Digital transformation from a practical business perspective
My writing is mainly for business owners, directors, marketing managers, decision-makers, and professionals who want to make better digital decisions.
My Point of View
I believe businesses should stop treating websites as one-time design projects.
A website should be planned as part of the company’s business infrastructure.
It should help the company:
- Build credibility
- Explain its value clearly
- Attract the right type of enquiries
- Support the sales process
- Reduce customer confusion
- Improve digital visibility
- Strengthen long-term trust
The goal is not just traffic. The goal is better trust, better enquiries, better clients, and better business outcomes.
